How importing works

Most sources work through your phone’s share sheet — the menu that appears when you tap the Share button inside any app. Tap Share, find the Souschef icon, and the import kicks off automatically. If you don’t see Souschef in your share sheet, check out how to add Souschef to your share menu. For sources without a share sheet flow — or when you just have text from ChatGPT, Claude, a text message, or another app — use the + button inside Souschef to paste a URL, paste recipe text, take a screenshot and scan it, or create a recipe manually.
