Souschef collects only the information you provide when you register for an account:
  • First and last name
  • Email address
We use this to personalize your experience, enable you to sign in, and (if you choose) send you optional email updates. We don’t collect payment details, location data, or browsing history.
No — Souschef does not sell your personal data, full stop. Your information is only ever used to operate the app, deliver emails you’ve opted into, comply with legal requirements, or protect our rights. It is never sold to or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
No. Souschef does not use cookies or any similar tracking technologies. We don’t track you across other websites or apps.
If you opt in, Souschef may send you two types of optional emails:
  • Survey emails — occasional questions to help us improve the app.
  • Marketing emails — product news, announcements, and updates.
You can turn these on or off at any time in the Email preferences section of the app settings. You can also unsubscribe directly from any email we send you using the unsubscribe link at the bottom. Note that essential account or security messages (like password resets) may still be sent when necessary.
You have two options:
  1. In the app — you can access, update, or delete your account and personal information directly within Souschef.
  2. By email — send a request to support@nekonote.co and include your name and account email address.

Yes. Souschef adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards. This means you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, as well as the right to object to or restrict certain types of processing.
