Cooking and organization tools are free

Cooking Mode, grocery lists, meal planning, cooking journal, collections, search, editing, and sharing are free. You can also use pinned recipes, Pantry, Nutrition, AI Tagging, AI Recipe Translation, AI Discovery, printing, serving adjustment, measurement conversion, and timers without upgrading. Souschef Plus does not unlock those tools. There is no paid-only cooking feature list.

The free allowance only affects new recipe imports. Existing saved recipes remain available — you can still view, cook, edit, organize, and use them. Souschef is an independently built app. Souschef Plus helps cover the cost of running recipe imports, keeps the free plan available for everyone, and supports ongoing improvements.
Free users can save 5 imported recipes per rolling 7 days. Once you have used them, wait for imports to refresh or upgrade to Souschef Plus for unlimited imports.
