Forgotten passwords happen to the best of us! If you can’t remember your Souschef password, you can reset it in just a few steps using your email address. No need to contact anyone — the whole process happens right from the app.

Open Souschef and tap Sign In

Launch the app and tap Sign In on the welcome screen.

Tap Forgot password?

Below the password field, tap the Forgot password? link.

Enter your email address

Type in the email address associated with your Souschef account and tap Send Reset Link.

Check your inbox

Open your email app and look for a password reset message from Souschef. It should arrive within a few minutes.

Set a new password

Tap the link in the email, then choose and confirm a new password. Once saved, you can sign straight back in to Souschef.
If the reset email doesn’t appear within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder — it can sometimes end up there.
If you signed up using a third-party sign-in method (such as Apple or Google), your password is managed by that provider, not Souschef. You’ll need to reset it through your Apple ID or Google account settings instead.
